Self inflicted yet he changed America and was the prelude to MTV and others. You may have that didn't get a chance to experience this show. I'm sure you experienced his legacy at a wedding or two.

If it wasn't self inflicted they could have honored him with 'the Line' in Indianapolis someway. (Many people freak out over suicide).

Just a huge huge loss. Sorry Soul Train haters but that was 1 of my favorite shows all time. I loved it when at the end of the show they had the chicks and the dudes dance out in front of the camera in a line up. When the chick line up came they were scantily clad and workin it! Don orchestrated the whole thing.
