OT: Dior decommits from Cuse

Do you think the Cuse fans heard about all of our great signings for next year?

I listened to this, he said he did not lose anyone out of the 2022 class that he recruited. He did not say that he lost Dior Johnson who was expected to recommit to the '21 class:D
 
I see this as progress. Never forget the days at SU when the minute you "committed" you could never really undo it.

So I wandered over to the Cuse board for the first time since I can remember.
And someone comments about this thread and our "hatred" towards Cuse and that somehow WE call THEM obsessed with us. The comments were made as part of an ongoing three year old thread about the Boneyard with 1,600+ comments. :D

Now they’ve convinced themselves it wasn’t mutual, they actually were the ones that told him to decommit...

Now they have threads questioning their recruiting practices . . . just like last year.
 
I understand their angst. It's rooted in the same issues Kentucky fans face today. Lots of hype about the new recruits every year, high rankings, excited fan base filling the arena, and the inevitable letdown in the tournament..............but more so.

We went to UConn's game there in Tony Hanson's freshman year. The heavy underdogs won a close game and there were cups of ice being thrown on the floor near the end when Tony made some free throws. Ugly crowd and I think we were the only two UConn fans there. Loved it but got lots of "looks" when we cheered.

I love how much credit they give us in our ability to sabatoge them. It really is pleasant reading.
 
Always a good source for entertainment. Was reading through some of the thread just now, it’s ridiculous, they literally go off on any poster who says anything remotely bad about Syracuse, however reasonable it might be. It’s no wonder anyone with any sense of reality gets driven off that board.
