I played with Ray at Rockledge about 5 years ago (maybe longer). He used to play there quite often when he was visiting his mother. At the time I'd say he was about a 6. We were gambling (not Ray) and he told us about some of the gambling games MJ plays. Quiet but nice guy with a very solid swing.
One day they paired Ray with 3 old ladies and they couldn't say enough about how respectful he was but old ladies can be bought cheap with free hot dogs at the snack bar. KC Jones played at Rockledge regularly and you could always find him at the bar after his round.
KO also played at Rockledge and the pros really liked him. Very friendly and never expected special treatment.
