Any reason why the increase in sales?
It is not like there are a lot of places open to drive to, or vacation spots to visit?
People afraid of flying so they would rather have a used car to visit family across the country, if the family will have them?
Seems counter-intuitive.
Glad to hear business is good.
Inventory of new cars is way down because factories were closed for months. Additionally, some companies don't want to make 2020 models for a month and then switch to 2021...so they are punting on building 2020 models. So used car prices are rising as folks turn to that option.
I expected this...was in the market for a new car and late march early april lots of inventory and great deals but had 4 months left on my lease...now it's tough...Toyota dealer refused to budge off sticker other than factory rebate of 1k.
