If Kemba was surrounded by front court players who could actually score, he'd easily average at least 4+ more assists, pushing him into the 9+ range and raising his stature in the NBA. Really, he's playing with Bismack Biyombo, Josh McRoberts, Tyrus Thomas, BJ Mullins, Brendon Haywood, Jeff Adrien & Michael Kidd Gilchrist. Until Charlotte gets a big who can score, Walker is stuck in the situation that he's in. He needs to score for Charlotte, just like at UConn.... because no one else can score! A man without a team. :(

I shouldnt of thrown knight in there. Kemba would not score 17 a game on the nuggets his assist would go up but scoring would come down quite a bit. OK so according to you Jose Calderon is the 8th best pg in the league.

To me averaging 17 an 5 on a terrible team isnt impressive at all. He is shooting 42 percent from the field and 31 percent from three.
If he were on the Nuggets, while his scoring would go down, his shooting percentages would certainly go up.

His PER is very good. That's not the end-all-be-all, but I think you're underselling him a bit.

Every NBA team knows, to beat the Bobcats, you have to shut Kemba down because they know no one else can score on the Bobcats. Really, who does Kemba have to pass to? 1 on 4/5 every game. Their best players are all backcourt players. It is what it is. It's not Kemba's fault. Get some other guys who can score.

Jennings has way more talent then he is showing. He has the ability to average near ten assist a game. But hes leaving a lot to be desired.

Kemba really has shown that he is a true PG. It was silly the talk of him not being a true PG predraft. On a good team Kemba really could give you near eight assist a night.

What you do on the floor means more than what he can do. I think Jennings is very talented but is way to full of himself and will continue to play below his talent level till he grows up.

Kemba plays on the worst team in pro basketball and has very little around him and has to do more than many others you mention. While he is not a top 10 Pg. He is much closer to tenth then many other pg in the NBA

John Wall is up there and yes I would still take him number 1 in the 2010 NBA draft despite what people have said.
