The final is ugly, but actually some positives for Central in the game.

Offense looked decent against the UM starters. Didn't sustain a drive long enough for a score, but we moved the ball well at times.

Our Defense had no answers for their speed, period.

This is just one of those games we have to play to fund the program. Honestly, no different that UConn at Clemson.

There were a few more 50 point losers other than CCSU...Georgia beat Vandy 62-0 and UMass lost to Coastal Carolina by 50.

So...two future opponents just lost by 50 (a good sign) and Clemson lost to NC State and doesn't look like the Clemson of the last several years...,,but still may be a bit too much to think of a victory.

Canes fans wish it was 2003 when Miami was good at football.
