Does anyone own a modular home or have experiences with them via the real estate/contracting business? We had a failed attempt at building a new home build last year (builder went bankrupt) but we're going to try again this year. We met with a realtor/GC working on a few different projects and they're offering stick build or modular. I'd appreciate hearing about any experiences folks have- TIA
