If basketball, I'd go with (in no order) UNC, Indiana, UConn, UCLA, Florida, Kentucky

These best uniforms/best logos/best helmets questions are all too subjective. For every person that loves the old school look, there's another who likes the sleek modern look.

But I do like UConn's basketball uniforms a lot. Just wish we'd play better in them.

The 1990-91 jerseys are my favorite jersey of all time which we brought back in '06. George Mason can eat Spartacus. If we're gonna blow everything up let's bring back those jerseys.

I admit to paying way too close attention to uniforms so I apologize in advance...

Bonus points go to schools who've stuck with their classic look - Indiana, UCLA, etc. Modern uniforms are pretty bleh, not a fan of too many current ones. My favorite of all time (non-UConn, of course) is Michigan's Fab Five uniforms.

In general, Nike's uniforms peaked in the 90s - before the shorts and jerseys got too big (early 2000s), then the jerseys got tight but the shorts got absurdly huge (System of Dress 2007-2010) to Nike's move to a thin, bathing suit-like material (2010-current) to the current state of spaghetti strap jerseys that make me slightly uncomfortable while watching a college game.

My personal favorite was the last iteration of our famous 1996-2007 Nike uniforms, worn from 2003-04 to 2006-7; the ones with "Connecticut" on the road blues, the taller version of "UConn" on the home whites and the cartoonish logo. Admittedly, our previous logo was better but the rest of these uniforms were so on point. I also LOVED when we had only the "U" outlined in red. It gave us something unique - nearly every school has every letter outlined. It sucked when we went away from that although I get why the did it. Also loved when had the Big East logo on the shorts for a couple years.

The predecessors (1998-99 through 2002-03) had a more squished "UConn" on the whites and a larger "Connecticut" on the roads but did have our better logo IMO.
