I'm shopping for IP TV hardware and service. In the past I heard about services that just charged for the box and then the service was free. Does this still exist? I see some services that charge monthly, around 10 - 12 bucks. I curious about other 'Yarders experiences. Best hardware? Service? Channel choice? Watching UConn football? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Mods please move thread if appropriate.

The easiest way to do it is an Apple TV with the GSE IPTV app. If you are somewhat good with tech you can use a fire stick but I’ve got both and its way easier with Apple TV.

I helped @gampelcrazies get hooked up with the guy I use. I just switched to a service that is $15 for three months for one connection. They will give you a trial to test.

The ESPN+ part is spotty but every other sports channel on the planet has worked fine for me for about 6 months.

Do you mind saying who you are using? I was looking at Helix, but honestly I just picked them at random.

I had boom for a while but the price was going up every month and switched to vue. The reseller has a discord with pretty good customer service and accepts paypal so its easy.

DM me the reseller info if you want (I don't know if they give you a referral bonus or whatever)
