We've had "best of" threads for pretty much everything. Why not cologne. The older i get the more i like woody/musky scents. John Varvatos Vintage is my odor of choice.

I like allure homme edition Blanche for the summer.

One million in the winter, and I hate to say it because I know every guy and his 2nd cousin has it

Tuna fish sandwich.

I put a tuna fish sandwich underneath the arms. One behind the ears. I'm tellin' you, I don't smell like any other guy.

The Germany one

If you find yourself in Köln and just aren't in the mood for schnitzel, the Cafe Lowenbrau has very good pizza.

Speaking of which, both schnitzel and pizza would also make solid colognes.

There are two approaches to this issue:

1. Wake up early in the morning, carefully shower, and then liberally douse yourself with some overpriced cologne or perfume.

2. Wake up whenever, apply a dab or two of your favorite scent beneath each nostril, and walk out the door.

I choose the latter—I may still stink, but everyone else smells much, much better.

On a serious note, I'm in sales and have to smell good for my customers and usually receive one or two comments per week on what I'm wearing (positive) and what it is is Polo in the blue bottle, not green.

I'm telling you guys that Blue Polo is awesome - only downside is it's about $70 per bottle.
