Oh, gosh-darnit, and that's the one sport they actually care about up there too. Pity.
 
They lost to Union. Heh,heh, heh....
Union is a small liberal arts college in Schenectady with a killer div 1 hockey program, with elite Canadian players.

But only two all-time final four appearances, with only the first coming in 2012. It really is an epic fail for BCU
 
There are so many random hockey schools across the Northeast and Great Lakes. Lake Superior State, Ferris State, Union, Clarkson, UMass-Lowell, St. Lawrence, RPI, Merrimack, Minnesota State, North Dakota (Quinnipiac last year). It's almost like when a BC or a Michigan is in the Frozen Four, they look totally out of place playing with random riff-raff. But the riff-raff often wins.

I wouldn't call them killer, but they're definitely on an upswing over the past few seasons. Twice in a row they've eliminated BC from the tournament.
