turner has a 0% chance of winning a lawsuit other than for damages. a court is not going to order "specific performance" requiring two parties that dont like each other to engage in another decade of close partnership.Of course the NBA will offer some settlement, but I doubt Turner will accept, the only win is for them to get the rights either in court or via negotiation. And in court is undoubtedly the better odds even if they are long. I haven't read the exact contract language nor seen what arguments either side are making, so the chances could be anywhere from 50-50 to maybe 5-1?
