I admire your passion as a fan - honestly, I do. But you don't seem to realize that the regular season doesn't matter an iota when it comes to the playoffs.
Chicago probably doesn't win a game against the Heat if Rose doesn't come back (which it's getting safe to say he's not). Ditto for the Pacers with no Granger. The playoffs all come down to great players, and the Bulls and Pacers don't have any.
The Knicks are the only one of those three that have a chance to win a couple games, especially since Melo tends to play well against Miami. But even then, we're looking at a best-case scenario of a 4-2 series.
Barring a LeBron James injury, the Heat will coast through the Eastern Conference.
Pacers went 6 games against the Heat last year and were up 2-1 at one point. Knicks won one game with Carmelo Anthony as he had virtually no help throughout the playoffs last year. Everything ramps up in the playoffs, totally get that. But to say Miami is going to coast against either of the three isn't true in my opinion. These guys aren't the 96 Bulls.
