OT: Anyone Yarders ever sell a car to CarMax?

Somewhere down the line it'll be fun to say that I once offered to pay twice what some guy offered for a BMW. Sight unseen, I'll pay $200, and I'm not even car-shopping.

Now if only a few other folks would follow your lead...

I'll probably put it up on Autotrader in a few weeks and regret the whole experience but I do want to get as much as I can for it towards its eventual replacement.

It depends if it's a newer, desirable car that they can put on their lot. If not - they absolutely will low ball you. A while back I looked to see what they would give me for my 2005 BMW X3 with like 115k miles. They offered a little over 2k, whereas KBB value was almost 3 times that.
