So which of you guys am I playing in the Championship game next week? This has been the first league I have done with 16 teams and it sure pays to be lucky rather than good.

I went 9-0..then lost 3 in a row and won the final week to secure #1 seed.

And this week I am getting beat. Thanks Chris Hogan.

This was a pretty rough league to enjoy. 16 teams left no one on the FA list and scores weren't that exciting to follow. 68-62 type games.

And there wasn't much trash talk or interaction between owners. The last month, I played a guy who had 3 starters in on their bye, and one owner left Le'Veon Bell on his bench the week he had 290+ yards against the Bills.

Agreed, I think it's tough to get a lot of smack talk going when most people haven't met each other. And maybe a $20 buyin wasn't enough to motivate people to pay attention throughout the season. I was getting so pissed down the stretch, because a lot of people I needed to lose were playing against an opponent who wasn't subbing out their bye week or injured players, and I always had to go through opponents who were keeping up.

@Dove I still think you'll beat me. I'm relying on Kelley and Garcon tonight and I don't think they'll combine for 14 points...

I think deep leagues are fun in their own way, you really have to scour waiver wires and injuries are very hard to navigate. My team has been like an old jalopy and I've taken pride every week in trying to get it up and running again.

If we do it again next year, I think I'd like to limit it to 12 teams, and bump the entry up to $50 to make sure everyone participates.

Yea, I think a 12 team league with an increased buy-in would be ideal. Whoever wins, if you want to chop it up, maybe 220-100 or something like that, I would be amenable.
