I was sure you were going to post the view from Garwood's dock in Wolfeboro on Winnipesaukee.

If that pier is attached to his house I am incredibly jealous.
Yes, they bought the house in January. The house is tiny but the sundeck and pier are huge!

Almost the same view, a couple miles up the road! Disclaimer: I'm in NH, this is my son's pic!

sold our 21ft hydrasport a month ago, upgrading to a 25ft Grady White (most likely) this winter. Keep it in Groton Long Point
I looked at a Grady White at HH Boathouse in Hilton Head last month. Beauty. I think it was 80K. Presently looking at a Pontoon or a Deck Boat.

Go with the 23 Grady, not the 25. Updated hull with swim platforms and stern lockers. More transom storage and inside the 25 is only one foot longer inside the 23. Talked last weekend to the Grady dealer and he said he sold a ton of 23s this year and only one 25. Grady is planning to upgrade the 25 to the newer hull style (ala the 23) and might do so this off season. I looked and looked at the 25 last winter and couldn't justify the price difference. The 23 is simply a better boat at a better price. Both have the same beam too.

We're looking at 2015-2017 models to get a better deal on it. Also deciding between a CC and dual console...I think the 23 would be more than enough to make runs to Block and Greenport/Montauk - but it really depends on the inventory that comes up this winter

23 would be more than enough. Same hull on the dual or CC. Dual has more comfort and pretty good fishability. CC is more fishing than comfort obviously. Dual also has a more convenient head. The women appreciate that!

Smaller boats. These are 30' slips. We all have our boats in our driveways. Not sure the pilings are going to be tall enough. Fingers crossed.

I'm where the arrow is.
