OT: Anthony Harris taking OV to Duke

It's fun to watch Duke and Coach K squirm as their top choices spurn the Devils to join "lesser" programs.
 
Ends up at Virginia Tech after no offer from Duke this weekend. Duke fans are getting antsy about 2019 recruiting - not sure what's going on for them behind the scenes.

 
How do you go on an OV without an offer? How does the school go for it?

Apparently Duke brought him in and laid out a plan for him to delay his decision and what to do to earn a scholarship from Duke. That level of hubris could come back and bite them pretty hard depending on what their 2019 class looks like.

Maybe? I guess the expectation from Duke was to land Antoine (Villanova) and James (Tennessee) and they prioritized accordingly. Other schools have been recruiting Anthony harder.
