OT - After 18 years at Raymond James Stadium, is an on-campus stadium still possible for USF?

Three schools that desperately need a new stadium: USF, Temple, and Pitt. Playing every week in front of 40,000+ empty seats has got to take its toll on the players who run out of the tunnels every week. All 3 need to build significantly smaller on-campus stadiums to better serve their smaller fanbases.
 
I believe Pitt shares some facilities with the Steelers, no? I think it might be a little more complicated than building a $100-200 million dollar stadium. Not that that isn't a complication in its own right.

Pitt home games are exactly what our home games would look like if the Patriots had come to Hartford.
