I first heard this late one night on a progressive radio station in Colorado back in the 70's.
The group is a German jazz band by the name of Guru Guru. If you like rhythmic, pulsating, harmonic jazz, give a listen.

My very favorite version of this song. 10,000 Maniacs did a nice cover of this song with Mary Ramsey as the vocalist.

Sandy Denny was one of all time favorite female vocalists. Great voice and unique styling. Tragic death too soon.
