That could have been one of the country's worst disasters had it happened hours earlier.

Would have especially been a disaster for the Boneyard if it happened hours earlier. Imagine the BY with no mau, my God I know's its horrendous but it could've been

 

[Northbound]

Even as a kid it was surreal running around the place hours before and waking up and seeing that overhead shot on TV.
