So far as I can tell, that is gross revenue. we're not told what is the net revenue, which might be substantially lower, given the incredible expenses in running a football program.

Looking at the list, those are all public schools. Notably missing is Notre Dame, USC, and (perhaps) Stanford. Private schools don't have to publish such data, and thus are not included in these types of analyses unless they voluntarily provide the data.
