The point of this article is that USF and UCF represent bigger TV markets than Louisville (#14 and #19 vs. #50) and should merit consideration if the ACC really wants football.
I read it as another strike against UConn (and probably Cincy) in their hopes to 'upgrade'.
I dunno, but everything to me seems to be pointing to rebuilding a phenomenal basketball league and getting a nice TV contract from that alone, letting the individual schools put their FB programs wherever as there's little hope of getting back into an AQ conference with big FB payouts.
