Oregon (2) @ Arizona St - 1/10/20

On paper, Oregon has more talent than Arizona, but Oregon being "significantly better than Arizona" remains to be seen. This year is not last year when Oregon blew them out twice. Arizona is not happy they lost to Oregon State Friday night, so they will be motivated too. Could be another barn burner.

Let’s get real here. Oregon is an elite top 5 (2? 3?) team. IMO they are significantly better than Arizona. Let me ask you:

- Do you see Oregon in the Final Four? (I do)

- Do you see Arizona in the Final Four? (NWIH)

But, like you said, it remains to be seen... Tomorrow should be fun.

Well, Arizona beat ASU in Tempe a couple weeks ago (in a rivalry game, certainly the Devils were motivated for that one), which as we just saw Oregon didn't manage to do.

Also the last meeting between UA and UO was in the Pac 12 Tourney and was MUCH closer than the 2 regular season meetings. This possibly could be a blowout win for the Ducks, but I'm not expecting that to be the case.

I am speculating that Figurehead was responding to a poster who stated that the announcers were kissing the behind of Ionescu with their lavish praise of her game. I let it go but was tempted to call him out for taking a shot at Slocum.

I just let it go because it was one of Figurehead's posts. Thankfully, most posters on this board don't feel compelled to denigrate the players with comments like that.

Typical Beevur fan works overtime on the other Pac-12 boards with the same monicker and denigerates Ionescu non stop because she jilted OSU in recruiting. Never got over it and never moved on. Btw, your jilting of U-Conn on the P-12 boards and playing it both ways is old.

So you play it both ways sides on two different boards, that is fine just don'tplay the holier than though mo.

I will leave this thread by stating that I don't do either of what you have stated above. I respect what UConn and Ionescu have accomplished. I simply don't believe what you posted about Slocum was appropriate. Plebe was trying to figure out what you meant by your "lips" post.
