Absolutely. I suspect Arizona is going to be in for a long afternoon. I am really looking forward to the interior matchups in this game. I'll be keeping my eye on Cate Reece.

I have a suspicion MacDonald will get her points the question is who else can step up. I did see an article in which coach Barnes hoped for 10,000 fans at McKale center. It'll certainly be a great venue to watch a game.

12-8 Arizona early and McDonald is shooting better than she did Friday night. A long way to go but Oregon didn't come out of the gate with their hair on fire. Gotta get going if this is going to be the 40 point beat down many were predicting.
 
20-18 Arizona thru Q1. McDonald has 10. Sabally and Hebard both have 7.

Oregon has gone to zone D and it's giving Arizona fits. 32-26 Ducks leading. Mostly Hebard and Sabally still, 11 each. McDonald has 13, she's cooled off.
 
35-26 Oregon at the half. Arizona clunking 3's, that zone is killing them. Sabally now leading everybody with 14 points.

Who predicted a 40 point beatdown? I can't imagine any PAC12 team losing by 40 at home, especially a ranked one.

There were quite a few comments saying Oregon would do the same thing to Arizona that UConn did to Houston.

That game was at UConn. Houston had already lost 8 games before yesterday's beat down. Arizona has only lost 2 to two top 8 teams who still are undefeated. I didn't think wacky tobacky was legal in Connecticut, but maybe it is.

Too much Sabally and Hebard, 18 and 15 respectively. 49-40 Oregon. Arizona hits a 3 occasionally but not often enough to get back in this.
 
Ionescu only has 6 points, but 9 assists and 8 rebounds.

Oregon was up as much as 13, Arizona has cut it to 7 twice. 53-46 w/ 44.1 left in the quarter.
 
Last couple minutes have been kinda sloppy. Stuck at 58-52.

McDonald w/ 25 and Reese w/ 13. Needed one more player to step up, didn't get it.

Arizona put up a good fight today, but very difficult to beat the Ducks when all three of their future WNBA Top 8 draft picks are highly productive. Ionescu is now shooting greater than 90% from the free throw line for the season.
