Some pleasant surprises from the pitching staff this weekend.. Wallace, as expected, did a great job. Dandeneau has stepped up and Avery Santos had 2 shut out innings today. Joe Simeone had a decent appearance that he can build off of. Jimmy Wang got his feet wet and Jeff Kersten did a great job on Friday night.

Overall, against a really good opponent, you couldn't ask for more.

We outplayed them today. Great win, kinda glad it wasn't very close after what happened yesterday.

To be honest, with Feole out I never expected this series win. But wow, what a way to start a season, a northeastern team that barely practices outside taking a series against a top flight baseball program.
