I think it will be Thomas filling the Dan Hurley and Polemeni filling out the other corner OF spot.

Bottom 1st, West hits the 1st batter he faces, and walks a batter with 2 outs. A single drives in a run, game tied at 1, runners on the corners.

Another walk loads the bases. A 2 out double drives in 3 runs. 4-1 Nebraska.

West gets his 2nd strike out of the inning for the final out of the inning. 4-1 Nebraska.

Top 2nd, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning after a leadoff walk by Lane. 4-1 Nebraska.
 
Gonna need to score quite a lot to win today. The bottom of the order will need to do better next time around.
 
Bottom 2nd, With 1 out West loads the bases with 2 walks with a single in between the walks. A run scores on a ground out for the 2nd out. 5-1 Nebraska.

A strikeout ends the inning. The way West is going I can't imagine he will last long on the mound tonight.
 
Top 3rd, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning after a 1 out double by Minick. 5-1 Nebraska.

Chris Jones said he did interviews with the coaches about the players on the team earlier in the week prior to the start of the season, but had technical problems that prevented him from posting the interviews.

Not sure, but it might have been caused by the weather.

Bottom 4th, after the bases get loaded with 2 outs including a hit by pitch, West comes out of the game. Charlie Hale takes the mound.

Hale gets a ground out to end the inning with no runs coming in. 5-1 Nebraska.
