From this past Spring, but wow. Professor Thorson works at UConn so this comes as somewhat of a surprise. I think it is of vast importance to provide all necessary tools to the area, considering the ambitions of the University.


I'm fairly certain they resolved the water issue shortly after this article; however it is interesting to hear this perspective from someone who has such affiliations as Thorson does with the University.

Honestly not sure what this means, if someone who does know can do this for everyone that would be a great help.
