OOC/Conference Schedule Released by Teams25-26

Is Maryland expected to have a down year? This seems pretty weak for them
I was about to say that they generally have challenged themselves more than that.

I get the feeling some programs are scaling back.

Maybe a little, but Brenda has often had really weak OOC schedules, then complained that their NCAA tourney seeding is too low given their record.

Anyone else notice that they included the schedule up to the Final Four? I’d be scared of offending the basketball gods doing that.

I wonder if this is somehow connected to an NIL strategy. I have know idea how it would work. Could some part of an NIL package include a scheduling promise, ie not so rigorous as to require a short rotation in the OOC?

I think it may have something to do with the arguments from last season that the committee did not value strength of schedule when selecting the tournament order.

The Creighton game ought to be great!
Has Creighton even released their schedule as of yet? We've learned of two games through Kansas State and South Dakota State. If this is an indication of what to expect, I'm really looking forward to when they announce theirs to see who else they will face.

Can't argue with those choices. Definitely not cream puff ridden like others in major conferences.
A good schedule. I think the team should at least win 10 games.

Those first two games look like the scheduling of a confident coach. With Blanca and Ciera, UNC is one of the few teams that can rival UCLA in front court size. If they’re both healthy, this will be an interesting test. Other teams have tall players, but UNC’s bigs are veterans and not just bench warmers. They’ve played in big games and move really well. Of course, the key is forcing Lauren out of her strength, low post offense and defense. I can’t wait to see how that plays out.

Thank you for posting garbage on this website

Anyway, it's a tougher schedule than usual... Banghart has improved ooc over the years. much better than her predecessor.

I'm excited to see how Toomey plays this upcoming season. It will be her 2nd season playing. Expecting a big jump, and UNC will need it to be elite. This schedule is tough! But it looks small? Shouldn't there be like 12-ish games? Did the ACC increase conference games?

That's just the marquee matchups. They will release the cupcake matchups later. They usually play about 3-4 NC schools.... usually ones that are part of the UNC system.

We’re gonna have to hear how great LSU is until they start playing SEC teams, huh??

Mulkey is not a good coach, I bet you a lot of money this team doesn’t finish top 6 in the conference

They are gonna get passed up by TN, OU, KY and Ole Miss
