Agree. I don't think there was any portion of the game where I cheered as hard as I did when this shot went in. Seems as though the fan base mimics to some small degree the comradery of the team itself??If you were trying to find 1 picture that totally and completely defines and depicts the closeness and fellowship of this team, this is it. Every person (including the coaches) on the bench was ecstatic. THAT shot brought a tear to a few eyes, on and off the court. It made me jump completely out of my chair at home. The emotions captured are real, not manufactured. She puts in the same amount of hard work as everyone else on the team, but her on court rewards are few. THAT shot kinda balanced the scales.
This might not be a bad picture to put on recruiting mailers.
Besides Pulido making the shot, the best part of the highlight is defiantly CD jump around like one of girls.
... let's face it the rest of the game was just us kicking the crap out of an over matched Syracuse team.
For that one brief moment, she was THE GIRL !!!For that one brief moment, she WAS one of the girls.![]()

The one where the ball has yet to go through the basket, Briana is still in her follow through, and everyone on the bench is anticipating, and willing the shot to be perfect, and so locked in to its flight - 20 eyeballs unblinking! Just a perfect moment captured. You can see the coiled tension waiting for its release in everyone.i can't post the pictures directly but this page has a couple other good ones for the shot. also a bunch of other good pictures and videos.
