... and we're finally here fellas... the season actually starts... training camp in full effect... in 3 weeks we'll pretty much know who's running with the 1's and 2's, and who may or may not be sticking around... With my Yankees wetting the bed ( Thanks to The Boss' sons decision to get on a budget by"cutting payroll" ), football season can't come fast enough... I'll be picking up NCAA Football '14 for my PS3 tomorrow too, so that should give me even more a jump start on the season...

Video clip I saw had the new helmets too as of this uni update. You can mix and match the blue/white versions of the helmets, jerseys, and pants.

I'm pretty sure that Granderson, Texiera, A Rod, and Jeter are still getting paid. I'd say the injuries are the issue more than the money. (I'm a Yankees fan)

When you embed a youtube clip, you can go straight to the part by adding "#t=22m08s" to go straight to the interesting part, changing the 22 and 08 respectively depending on where you want to link to in the video.

First insights I hope to get are the health of Bennett, Joseph and Smallwood. Keeping Bennett and Friend on the field this year will be very important. Also will be interesting to see who steps up at TE which will also be critical to the season.

Whitmer is the man, then after that I think it gets very interesting. I don't think McCummings has a lock on number 2 in the base offense and I would not be surprised if the wildcat is scrapped. I would not be shocked if a true frosh takes that spot.

LBs will be going at it too. Big shoes to fill with Sio and Jory having moved on.

imho, we absolutely need a RB to step up to compliment and spell McCombs. I'm really hoping the Meriner is our next great back. Nothing to base that on other than hope.....

Like the Blue Helmet/Blue Jersey/Blue Pants best followed by Blue/Blue/White and White/White/White. Any other combo doesn't look good imho. The White/Blue/Blue and White/White/Blue look terrible.

I knew you were a good man... I gotta tell ya it's tough knowing we won't be in the Fall classic this season. It's basically a fairwell season for Mariano the Great... I love the guy but I still want us to win... Everybody in our division has gotten better.. with the injuries (other things) we have going on we could end up in the seller, with an above .500 record. Weird but possible. Even with Grandyman, Jeter, Tex, and A-Rod you'd have to wonder , I see a 3rd place finish, only because we set such a high bar in that division that the other teams have now emulated it, and we're OLD now... Now maybe 3rd place maybe gets you the one game play-off. Sorry to rant baseball on this board didn't mean to go there, but that's why die hard baseball fans do...
