"Under the proposal, obtained by CBSSports.com, roughly 16 teams would enter the Mohegan property and play at least four nonconference games each. The Hall of Fame and the Gazelle Group each run several early season tournaments, such as the Legends Classic, which this year is to include the UConn men. The two organizations are working together on this proposal. "

And they have lots and lots and lots of slots.
I would think participants would be barred from the casino. I mean if they are going to do a tourney, everyone needs to be safe... Football not working out so well so far, but it remains to be seen if it's viable long term...

"As reported in The Courant last week, Mohegan Sun plans would allow teams to remain in the 1,600-room hotel, each team would have a floor to itself, and move from there to the arena and to any meeting spaces or practice courts set up in the Expo Center without ever passing through public areas. "

I agree!! The casino is the main attraction. It has to be off limits and OUTSIDE of the bubble. No man (players/coaches/team attendants) can serve two masters. You can't go there for a BB tournament, and also want to visit the casino (and mix with the general public) too.

Hopefully. Unfortunately the supporting cast, aside from the players, are adults and have their own ideas of what they can do, where they can do it, and when they can do it.

I'm sure it will be laid out to every school that opts in that the coaching staff have to be on-board. Ten days of room service sounds great right now. :)
