I love KJ Lewis, but surprisingly in his absence, the team is playing some of their best basketball of the season, narrowly losing to St. John's, followed by a three-game winning streak.
In that span, Mack's steady play has been huge, but guys like Jeremiah Williams (14.5 ppg over last 4), Kayvaun Mulready (12 ppg over last 4) have really stepped up in Lewis' absence, particularly showing out three-guard lineups with Mack/Williams/Mulready as all three are tough, gritty guards.
Georgetown's three-point shooting killed our momentum last game and that's something to continue to keep in mind since KJ Lewis' biggest weakness was his jump shot (29.2 3P% in Big East play) and his replacements are better three-point shooters.
Also, can't forget that fouls caused Tarris Reed to play only 18 minutes last matchup where overall, our offense was pretty damn good, but it was one of our worst defensive performances of the season.
