I'm utterly unconvinced that the NCAA, despite its valiant efforts to convince people of it's failure to keep up with the times, will make an attempt to impose the modern-day equivalent of ex post facto regulations on its members. I firmly believe you will see a tempered update to that announcement re APR failures that will provide the Huskies and any other school victim of the NCAA'S latest flawed thinking to avoid such penalties. Remember, UConn is already serving a penalty for that particular APR transgression.
