I see a Miller comparison in our future. Which is not a bad thing.

Roster from Deron Williams skills academy. The heights are measured to a quarter of an inch and the weights are to the exact pound. Based on Shabazz's height of 6'1" I believe the measurements are taken with shoes on unless bazz grew 2+ inches. The measurements of the other college players also indicates that the measurements are taken with shoes on. Therefore, it appears Calhoun is 6'4.5" or 6'4.75" without shoes on depending upon if his shoes are 1.25 or 1.5 inches. He is 6'6" with shoes on and a 6'6" wingspan.

Now does the wingspan include fingernail length? :)

The problem is they are not measuring these kids in HA units. That would solve everything.

seen him play on TV hes not 6'6. Maybe 6'4 in shoes.

I'm pretty sure official measurements were taken at the camp. Heights are to .25 of an inch and weights are to the exact pound.

Those Official measurements were so far off. Gary Harris was listed at 6'6, Jabari Parker at 6'9. They were not official measurements.

I know you watch a lot of basketball, but how can you tell if a player is 77 or 78 inches. That's about a 1.3% difference in height. Plus high school players are still growing. I grew an inch during my freshman year of college. Clearly a player who is a junior in high school can grow 1-2 inches in a year. Especially when you take into account that most basketball players are outliers when it comes to growth. I'm not saying that he's for sure 6'6" with shoes, but based on how specific the measurements are in this case I have no reason to believe that the measurements aren't correct. Do you have evidence other than the eye ball test to support that he is 6'4" with shoes?

I saw him playing in that Nike tourney in Oregon where he played with Ledo and you could tell he was definitely shorter than the 6'6 Ledo

I would love to know more about this as well. Hopefully someone will be able to observe his season and let us know.
