They only made 7 3's total, so Hamilton was responsible for every 3 they made but 1?

4 for Dotson, 1 for Barnes (Dan Hurley was guarding Dotson, except he was on Barnes when Dotson was out and Barnes hit his 3).

1 for Knowles (technically Brimah was on Knowles at the time but Hamilton had him after switching off a pick)

4+1+1=6 last time I checked

Maybe you guys need to go back and re-watch the game

This team just cannot sustain effort for 40 minutes. Dham's posing after hitting threes was a joke considering we were beaten down the floor on Defense after made baskets. There is zero leadership on the floor.

Hamilton played a horrible game, he is not getting better and needs to ride the pine for more efficient players. Almost single handedly responsible for losing the lead in the first half. His run in the 2nd half is not good play. He just had a few of the cringe shots he normally takes fall for him.

That said the defense was abysmal and the panic made an another appearance late.

Sterling Gibbs is absolutely one of his guys. Maybe the most his guy ever.

Sterling Gibbs clearly hasn't worked out....started out good with the scoring but has been a dud the last 2 months or so. I will miss Miller (except for stupid fouls) but will forget Gibbs ever played for UConn without some major heroics in March.

It seems like we have a lot of fans that only watch the team on offense. Do you guys all close your eyes when we're playing D? Hamilton single handedly gave Houston at least 25 points today...ZERO effort on D. Should not have even started the 2nd half.

LOL...this is funny coming from the guy who after the loss to Cincy posted a thread about Miller needing to be benched because he's lazy and doesn't play with any heart. Dham had a nice offensive game today, but as numerous others have said (including Ollie in the press conference) it was completely negated by his awful defense. KO actually singled out Hamilton for his $hitty defense on Dotson in his post game interview....

Yes, on numerous occasions actually it was. Hamilton was too busy telling our bench how great of an offensive player he is after each one of his made 3's.

Hamilton's play in the second half is the only reason we weren't blown out.

I could reverse this and say Hamilton's turnovers and defensive energy was the reason they lost the game. Gotta play both ends of the floor to be a great player
