Did anyone notice how Ollie was not too fond of the players running off the court and not getting in the handshake line? He is class personified.

In fact he didn't allow Bazz to be glorified, he made sure the team was surrounding him post game, and his 'team' comments on that were priceless. When he was talking to Katz I couldn't help but think how parent(s) of recruits could only be impressed and say this is a coach I want my kid to play for. That was a marketing gem for Ollie, and he may not even know it.

Too early to compare him to Calhoun coaching wise but personality wise he's his equal with some.

He was so NOT excited during that huddle. Very stoic...in a good way. When Bazz was talking you could see KO give Boat a head bump in the back.

It worked for Daniel Hamilton, who started considering UConn after he saw the brotherhood and team aspect of UConn during that post game interview after the MSU game.

One thing about that is Bazz said he ran over to the fans but the momentum carried him over the table...but I saw the exact same thing in KO...He didn't give praise to Buzz at all even when Katz asked him specifically about Bazz he said Bazz could not have done it without the team. The best part was Bazz said the same exact thing when he was interviewed next. Man this team is fun to watch.

I was just going to mention that. The head bump was subtle but priceless.

It's TEAM game being coached by a team player. UCONN personifies Ollieball
