These guys are starting to play more like a team and it was very nice to see Ollie up and jumping tonight. The change is gradual but this is a new team with new parts in key spots. It was always going to take time for them to gel. The team tonight played against a chippy Memphis team and they responded. If they play like a team and respond the gradual improvement in practices will show. Clearly see them working on half court plays. Clearly see big men getting worked into plays more outside of the alley oop. Feeling good. Not pretty but Memphis is a tough team.

It was ugly but a win nonetheless. Still not sure where they are after this one, but some things were better no doubt including the ball movement. I guess a step in the right direction much more learn after the next week.
