I played in the MAM golf tournament over the weekend in Myrtle. My liver hates me now but it was a blast with tons of star power in the field. I played a practice round with the great Grant Fuhr who was an awesome dude! Check out his custom driver head cover! Sick!
BTW... I couldn’t help but mentioned the greatest Hartford Whaler memory of all time for me was when they beat the Oilers 11-0 in 1984 at the Civic Center, Grant said, “I didn't last the 2 nd period in that game!” He was right! Pulled after giving up 4 power play goals in a 4 minute period.
Ron Francis had 4and Mark Johnson had a hat trick in that game! One of my best childhood hockey memories.
