I doubt anyone told him to. He probably didn’t realize he should change his eating habits while not being able to practice and burn calories. I’d imagine everyone is aware of the problem now, and he’ll work the extra weight off by conference play.i dont understand why clingan had to put on so much weight over the summer. what advantage was it supposed to create? he was already bigger than just about everyone, now he's noticeably slower too. that's a net negative. this isn't about his foot either. once he gets his conditioning back he's still going to slower than last year.
