I went with a Normandy style hard cider I picked up ridiculously cheap, mostly because it's a big bottle and lower alcohol so I don't have to get up again and I don't get too hammered.

It's my favorite bourbon. What it lacks in tastes is wholly made up for by its smoothness and drink-ability. There is no bite
