Of course there will be haters.. Fact is a lot of older people will never grasp the fact this is actually normal these days. I graduated 4 years ago and I worked full time and took online classes and a night class my final two semesters. Made it so I was never on campus.

While there's a large portion of online classes available now, at least from my experiences, it's very odd for a full time enrolled student of college age to take entirely or predominantly online classes and never be on campus. Perhaps it's because of his stature and maybe professors found that he was a distraction in class, but it's certainly very unusual for a 19 year old freshman college student to be taking all online classes.

He' not a freshman, acedemically. He's about to complete his Sophomore year.

I took a few online courses for my masters. At that level, the professors give you a ton of reading, projects etc. Bottom line is that you could never prove either way whether I logged in to the system and then asked someone else to sit in for me and take exams or submit homework. I think my degree also included a doctorate in AA studies at UNC as well.

This is so out of touch. For one, many classes are online now as method of containing cost. It's just the way it is.

Honestly, I can think of a half dozen of my college classes that would have been better online.

I assure you, there's very little difference in difficulty or work load between an online class and the kind of classes most athletes (including those at UConn) sign up for. I don't have a problem with it.
