Ok, I've to to ask. OSU has been a notorious underperformer in big games. They are now 15-0 in the post-Jantel era. Tayler Hill, whom UConn may have been interested in when she was scoring something like 3,000 points in HS in Minnesota, is their leading scorer. She is shooting lights out, as she and Sammy have a combined 40 ppg. OSU has wins over LSU, FSU, Temple, Oklahoma, and Cal (road games against OU and Cal). Are they the best team in the Big 10? Are they a top 10 team nationally?

1. probably yes. I think it's either OSU or Purdue.
2. maybe

But the more relevant question is, can they be an Elite 8 team in March, and the answer to that question almost certainly no, because their inside game is not good enough IMO.

The NCAAs were going to be my next question. I was thinking round of 16 given their history.

I posed this question last week in a different thread. I have seen them play several times on the BTN and they are impressive. Hill and Prahalis are deadly on the perimeter and Ashley Adams (6-4 post) plays very well. Prahalis seems more in control of her emotions this season. Time will tell, but I like them.
