8 points, 7 rebounds, solid defensive presence.

His best play was invisible, missed foul shot by Huskies, Josh kept the ball alive with a tip. Sid caught it made the lay up and got fouled (made that too). Big play when SMU was trying to crawl back in.

We don't need a lot from Josh. 8 and 7 will do just fine.

Good game for him. I'm happy for him. Although we should be aggressively recruiting frontcourt help, I still haven't given up hope for him. Tonight was excellent all-around.

With all the frontcourt losses for next year, we could certainly use another couple of bigs or 3 more (with a tough boardhound, rim protector, and some offensive skills).
Without Diarra, Yakwe and Williams we'd better hope for no injuries the rest of the way. Great job Josh!

SMU is based on backcourt play like us, their front court isn’t one of the top in the American but I’m glad we got the W

Even though SMU's frontline isn't huge, they are crazy-athletic. Their freshman Hunt showed some good moves, good positioning and serious hops. Josh has his work cut out against all Top-100 team bigs but he was up for the challenge tonight. Efforted bigly.

Josh needs some help underneath. Sid did some good things, it would be nice if he weighed 20 more lbs. Josh needs more footspeed, he was caught 3 times in the second half closing on his man at the 3 point line and having his man then go by him. He had a positive night tonight overall.
