Sorry to hear this but does confirm the earlier news that the injury was indeed serious. Always hate for a kid to miss a season.

Ouch. For a shoulder injury to be season-ending, that must be a pretty bad shoulder injury. Good that she can use the whole year for rehab and get back at it next year without losing a year of eligibility.

Well there's a couple options we can go with. But it depends on if the freshman will be ready or not. We have a 6'3 freshman, who supposedly rebound, score, and run. We also have Betnijah Laney, who if CVS wanted too could put in the starting lineup at #4 spot. Or move Sykes to the 4, and use a three guard line-up along with Sykes & Oliver.

With Chelsey red-shirting this year, and if we get Hollivay, we'll be pretty good in the post next year.

I was getting "sea"sick reading the thread. Chelsea is (amongst others, to be sure) Chelsea Newton, the former RU and WNBA player and current Assistant Coach. Ms. Lee is Chelsey.

So sorry to learn of Chelsea Lee's Injury. She is such a nice girl. When seeing her play, I saw such potential talent, I always wished that she would have signed on with UConn. She came so close but at the last minute changed her mind.
