It's not his handle, it's the fact that he takes about 3 seconds to decide what to do once he gets the ball and doesn't have the strength or the speed/athleticism to create separation. Dude literally never gets an easy shot.

Because he catches the ball in positions where he's asked to create. He should be catch and shoot -- that's it.
