That's three brutally awful calls and that's not counting the three consecutive Houston possessions that uconn got called for fouls. The refs just took over this game. Not saying they lost it for us but that was just awful.

We weren't getting an at-large bid anyway. So.

It's true. Best we've been playing for is top 5 in the conference tourney. Grind out 3 wins in Hartford.

You should have gotten a T 10 minutes ago...

Not when we're down 5 under a minute left. You just threw any chance at winning away.
It's unacceptable, never gets a T to fire up the team or get the refs attention but has ended two games with techs not even giving his team a chance.

Where is that team from the first half? awful 2nd half prep

.-.
let the players lose the game....it is painful when the coach takes that chance away...this is a tough loss to take after seeing uconn take a promising 39-27 lead. absolute trash after that.

Just an aside...if Juwan wasn't/isn't ready to play this year why didn't they redshirt him?
Can't continue giving him a free pass when he never produces. Should have been redshirted, he has no positive impact (this year) on the team.

UConn lost this game, not the refs. Don't be naive.

When you've won four national championships in 17 years why would u even care about playing in the NIT?
It's march madness or bust.

.-.
This team is already firmly in the NIT
You have no idea what you are talking about. We are 13-13 against D1 teams with SMU and Cincy left. You are out of your mind if you think we are in the NIT

As bad as Brimah was, Adams has been just terrible tonight. God awful.

Kind of the epitome of the season.

Shallow bench. Good play erased by fatigue. Erratic to poor play by the bigs. Long streaks of nothing book ended by decent to excellent basketball that are too costly.

There's just a big gap between the top teams and UConn. I think they can knock any one of them off on a given night. I just don't think they can beat them in succession. Is what it is.

On what?
Didn't think the refs took over the game at all. We didn't compete in the second half, Houston made us look like we were playing in quicksand. I thought the refs were fine.
