Off topic - The Government is testing the alert system today

At 2:20 today, Wednesday Oct 4, everyone’s phone, TV, and other communication devices will emit a warning. Supposedly, it’s similar to an Amber Alert tone. It’s only a test, not an actual emergency.

Do not freak out today.

I was working at home and had a conference call at 2. Every damn device in my house went off. Fortunately I wasn’t the only one, but I bet I was the only one with about a dozen of them screaming.
