Oddest NSD ever?

OK, I'll bite, what the heck does NSD stand for?
 
The real national signing day moved up to December. Probably 95% of prospects sign during that window. All the hoopla and TV Coverage moved with it. The only activity you see in February anymore is late risers finding an open scholarship, PWO's and the rare blue-chip prospect holding out for the best deal possible among a group of suitors.

Add in the seemingly continuous transfer portal throughout the year and the significance of fawning over HS signers is greatly diminished.
