Same as UConn Men’s basketball coach being a prestigious job. Hurley has mentioned it many times and alluded to it other times. Shaka Smart was believed to wanting the job.

Auriemma is one of the greatest coaches in his sport, ever. UConn has to hire the next greatest coach of all time in women's basketball. No pressure.
