Texas does not value womens sports, football is king, Title IX is an annoyance. So they could not dig up 22k? Peanuts for an athletic department if it wanted to do the right thing. Spot on cocohusky.

The University of Texas at Austin spent $18,537,344 on women's teams and received $5,537,642 in revenue. On average, The University of Texas at Austin gave female athletes $10,752 in sports related student aid.

There are 9 head coaches for women's teams. They make, on average, $321,122. They are supported by 18 assistant coaches who earn, on average, $92,377.
